In our Springfield location, we are now hiring an assistant to our Human Resources Department. This is a full time hourly position with day hours Monday thru Friday. There is also an on-call component where you would be required to work a Saturday and Sunday while having off two weekdays approximately once every three months.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to all aspects of the hiring process as well as onboarding our new hires for their first 90 days.
A high school diploma, excellent computer skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to preserve confidential information are the requirements of this assistant position. You also must have a clear speaking, upbeat, and pleasant phone voice. Being comfortable with speaking to large groups and familiarity with the home care industry is strongly preferred.
